Mighty Mites
This is a developmental (not competitive) group for young beginning swimmers. Swimmers must be water safe and should have a general knowledge of Freestyle and Backstroke. Swimmers practice by doing "widths", swimming approximately 15 yards at a time. Total focus is on the development of proper stroke technique--this will not be an aerobic workout.
