2020 Dates:  June 22-August 14 (CLICK HERE for Master Schedule)

 

2020 Fees:

  • Advanced (Navy/Senior):  $330 (5x/week)
  • Age Group (White, Grey, Aqua, Royal):  $250 (4x/week)
  • Mighty Piranhas:  $130 (2x/week)

 

 

2020 Schedule

  • Advanced @ Karakung:  Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 6:45-8:15am; Sat 7:30-9:00am
    • ​All current Navy or Senior Swimmers
    • Any swimmer home from college looking to train
    • Swimmers from other winter clubs who meet the criteria (typically 8th grade and above); contact Coach Kathryn McKeone for placement
    • A swimmer who was at the upper end of Royal may be able to do this if the age group times do not work for you; contact Coach Kathryn for placement
  • Advanced @ Lawrence Park:  Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 7:30-9:00am; Sat 7:30-9:00am
    • ​Same eligibility as "Advanced @ Karakung"
  • Age Group AM @ Lawrence Park:  Mon, Wed, Sat 9:00-10:00am; Fri 8:00-9:00am
    • ​All current White, Grey, Aqua and Royal swimmers
    • Swimmers from other winter clubs who want to train with LMAC in the summer; contact Coach Kathryn McKeone for placement
  • Age Group PM @ Lawrence Park:  Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:00-9:00pm
    • ​All current Aqua and Royal swimmers
    • An upper level Grey swimmer may be able to do this if the age group morning group does not work for you; contact Coach Kathryn for placement
    • Swimmers from other winter clubs who want to train with LMAC in the summer; contact Coach Kathryn McKeone for placement
    • A current Navy swimmer who absolutely cannot make the morning session could join in this group--no need to contact Coach Kathryn, you can sign up but understand this group is not geared toward Navy level training.
  • Mighty Piranhas @ Lawrence Park:  Tues & Fri 8:15-9:00am

 

 

COVID-19:

  • LMAC will comply with all USA Swimming regulations as well as regulations for the facilities we are renting (Karakung, Lawrence Park).
  • We are Limiting Registration
    • There will only be 24 swimmers in the pool at one time and
    • Swimmers will start from both ends of the pool as well as from points in the "middle" of the pool. 
    • Cones will be placed in the water and on the deck so swimmers are aware of where to start/stop.
    • We will strive to keep CDC recommended physical distance at all times, even while swimming.  
  • Locker Room Limitations: 
    • Swimmers MUST come to the pool ALREADY in their bathing suits.
    • Unless you are a member of one of our facilities (LP or KSC), you should leave the facility quickly after training. 
    • Showers will not be available except in the case of emergency. 
    • Of course bathroom facilities will be available, but for limited usage at one time.
