US Swimming

The NPAC US team trains and competes throughout the year. Though NPAC US swimming includes the development of young swimmers, please carefully consider whether your child is prepared for the rigor of this program. US practices are conducted at a faster tempo than SAL practices. US swimmers quickly execute their warm-up in preparation for a main set that includes more yards and faster intervals than a SAL workout. As the NPAC US swimmers enter middle school their training also includes a 30 minute gym workout (dryland) prior to entering the water. Morning (before school) practices are available for Middle School and High School US swimmers. All US swimmers swim for the SAL team in addition to the US team. Contact Jeff Faikish ( if you are interested in having your child join NPAC-US.
