This seasonal program is for the swimmer ready to make the transition from lessons to learning to compete with a strong emphasis on improving technique and introducing conditioning. These squads help swimmers achieve their goals without the high expectations of The Atomic Program. While there are no attendance requirements, swimmers are expected to attempt to maintain a practice attendance of 60% or better in order to benefit from the program. Consistent practice attendance is the number one factor in program success.
Swimmers in all of these squads, listed below, strive together to achieve personal best performances, qualify for championship and travel meets, as well as improve their personal techniques so that they may aspire to take the next step in their swimming careers. TECHNIQUE IS THE PRIORITY OF THE AGE GROUP PROGRAM.
Swimmers in this program will practice for a minimum of 3x 1 hour sessions per week.
