Leah Barrett

(Girls Coach)

Coach Leah Barrett has been swimming competitively since she was 4 years old, and was a swimmer at Millersville University, summers at Maplewood and Council Rock South HS swim team.  She swam year-round and competed in USA Swimming, as well as in the Suburban Aquatic League. Coach Leah has always loved competitive swimming, she specializes in sprint freestyle and backstroke.  Leah is excited to have her first official coaching position with PENN Aquatics. She is pursuing a degree in Biology and Secondary Education at Millersville. She plans on coaching on her breaks from school and then continuing after college.

(Boys Coach)


Coach Brian has been swimming competitively since the age of 7, Brian graduated from Pennsbury High school as one of the boys team captains and also competed summer league at Oxford Valley until 2015. Brian has held relay records for Oxford Valley and unofficial relays in High School. Preferring Breaststroke, Brian continued to develop in swimming and endurance. Also having experience working as a swim instructor for the past 5 years and as a lifeguard instructor, Brian is Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, and AED Instructor certified.


Brian goes to school at Bucks County Community College studying Physical Education. He is Student Vice President, President of a club honors organization, and started an aquatics training group at BCCC. He hopes to transfer to West Chester.
