Platinum/Senior groups will have 15 minutes of Dry land 6:30 to 7 on Monday and Wednesday. Dry land will be from 6 to 6:30 on Tuesday and Thursday.

Royal Group will have 15 minutes of Dry land 6:45 to 7:00 on Monday and Wednesday.

Mini, White and Blue groups will be asked to join either Group 1 or Group 2.  It is important to know that practice nights are exclusive to that group since space is limited for the coach.
