Evaluation Process

All new swimmers must be evaluated for proper group placement prior to registering for the next season.

Registration Process

Program Registration
All program registration and payments for Winter and Summer Swim Teams, Spring Conditioning, Summer Camp and Summer Stroke Clinics will take place through this website under Start Registration on the left hand site bar. Click on the "2016 Information" tab for additional information.

Swim Meet Registration
All swim meet registration, including dual meets will be done through this website.  A comprehensive meet schedule will be posted under "Events" and "Meet Schedule".  The team will notify current team members when they need to sign up for specific meets.  Please make sure to declare your intentions before the sign up deadline. 

All late registrations will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.

Payment for Swim Meets
In order to pay for swim meets that have a per event cost and other team socials every family must add payment information to their account.  Entries for those swimmers who do not have payment information added will not be accepted.  To enter your payment information follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "My Account"
  3. Click "Setup Auto Pay"
  4. Select bank account or credit card information.  Mailing payment to team is not an option
  5. Make sure to enter all information correctly
  6. Click "Save Changes" twice

Socials and Other Event Registrations
Throughout the course of each season you may be asked to register for special events or socials.  This registration may vary depending upon the event.  Make sure to follow the directions given in the team email as to how to register.  Sign up before the deadline to ensure you can participate in the event.
