Must be able to do kick sets 20X25 on the :30

Must be able to do 100 stroke drills on the 2:30

Must be able to do 100 free sets on 2:00

Willing to swim 2 more hours a week.

Ready to swim 1700 more yards a practice.

To move from Juniors to Senior Prep:

Must be able to hold 10X50 free on :50

10X100 IM on 1:50

10X100 free on 1:25

Must be able to hold 200 free sets on 3:10

Must be able to hold 200 IM sets on 4:20

Ready to swim 4 days a week and have a B time.

Willing to swim 2000 more yards a practice.

To move from Senior Prep to Seniors

Must be able to do 15X50 on :40

Must be able to do 10X100 IM sprint on 1:30

Must be able to do 10X100 free on 1:10

Must be able to hold 200 free sets on 2:40

Must be able to hold 200 IM sets on 3:45

Ready to swim 5 days a week and have 5 or more BB times.

Willing to swim 2500 more yards a practice.
