Practices the week of August 24 are being held at Burton Hollow Swim and Racquet.  Practices are subject to cancelation, modification, and schedule could change due to unforeseen maintenance issues with the pool or facility, and holidays.  When practice is at an outdoor pool, there may be delays due to thunderstorms or severe weather.

Dryland after practice, M-Th, for about 50 minutes for Senior and Platinum.  Dryland after practice, M&W, for about 40 minutes for Gold.  Dryland before practice, T&Th, for 30 minutes for Silver/Bronze. 

   Dry Land Training
    Coho Dry Land Training is available Monday through Thursday for Senior and Platinum swimmers following water workouts for about 50 minutes (see equipment list below).  Gold has dry land training available Monday and Wednesday mornings following water time for about 50 minutes.  Silver and Bronze swimmers may attend Coho Dry Land Training 30 minutes before water workouts on those days (no special equipment needed).
   Equipment needed for Coho Dry Land Training Senior, Platinum, and Gold: athletic shoes and socks, jump rope, medicine ball, stretch cords, and/or light weights.  Silver and Bronze swimmers: athletic shoes and socks, jump rope.
