The Aquajets dryland program is geared toward swimmers
ages 9-18 and focuses on improving each swimmer’s all-around athleticism. Like our swim program, our dryland program places heavy emphasis on proper technique and safety and includes:
- Cardiovascular conditioning
- Strength, speed and power-building activities
- Coordination and mobility exercises
- Injury prevention...and, of course,
We hope to make all of our swimmers better athletes on land
so that they can be faster, stronger, and more confident in the water.
Please refer to the Calendar tab for dryland schedules.
Dryland Basics Week
Dryland Basics is held during the first week of dryland each session. All new and lapsed drylanders (swimmers who did not participate in dryland the previous season) must attend the first week of dryland for Dryland Basics. New and lapsed athletes who cannot attend the first week of dryland and Dryland Basics will need to schedule a private orientation with a dryland coach before participating in regular dryland. Please email Lisa Warshaw with any questions.
Private Dryland Basics will be subject to a private lesson fee of $45.
