Tier 1

The Tier 1 team is a combination of swimmers who are new to competitive swimming and are able to swim at least the length of a 50-yard pool using both the freestyle and backstroke and 10 & under swimmers who are legal in all four strokes. This group’s primary emphasis is on the basic fundamentals of competitive swimming. All four strokes, racing starts, turns and streamlining are introduced and developed. Swimmers demonstrating all four competitive strokes legally for 50 yards and are starting competition in the 100s of all four strokes. ($70/month)

Tier 2

The Tier 2 team is for swimmers who are able to complete 100 yards each of the four competitive strokes. Swimmers in this group are also competing in the 200 yards of freestyle, backstroke, and IM. Swimmers in this group have a developed understanding of swimming skills and concentrate on improving solid technical backgrounds while learning consistent interval training and endurance work. Focus is on stroke technique, starts, turns, finishes and individual medley (IM) transitions. ($90/month)

Tier 3

The Tier 3 team is for swimmers 13 years old to 18 years old. Swimmers in this group are competing in all events and all strokes. Swimmers in this group are representing their High School Swim Teams. This group will focus on stroke refinement through advanced drill work, endurance and sprint development through increased volume and intensity. ($110/month)
