TRAINING GROUP LEVELS 

Velocity Aquatics offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.  It is the goal of Velocity Aquatics to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.   Fall 2021, Junior Level is paused.   *Exceptions for any levels require the approval of the Head Coach.

*Jump into deep water and receiver safely

*Progressing through dive start sheets

*Can complete flipturn
*Can circle swim

*Swim 200 yards continuous

*Legally compete in all strokes, relays

*Comfortable racing 200+ yards

*Pace Clock use
