FALL/WINTER SESSION PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
Novice: Sunday 3:00-4:00PM
Age Group: Sunday 4:00-5:30PM
Monday/Wednesday 5:45-7:00PM (Dryland 5:45-6 / Swim 6-7pm)
Tuesday/Thursday* 5:30-7:00PM (*5:30-6:30 HS meet dates)
Note: On Dates that the High School Teams have Home Swimming meets, The Age-Group Swimmers will do non-swimming activities (from 5:30-6:30pm).
High School Home Meet Dates: Thursday Sept 20, 27 & October 4, Tuesday October 16 and Thursday October 25.
Senior: Sunday 4:00-5:30PM
WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE:
- Water Bottle with swimmer's name on it. It gets hot on the pool deck and you don't notice that you're sweating when you're in water. Stay hydrated!!!!
- A GREAT attitude :)
- Practice suit(s). It is suggested that you have at least 2 practice suits that are not the team competition suit
- Swim Cap
- Two pairs of goggles
- For dry-land you must be prepared to work out outdoors or indoors. This includes tennis shoes, active wear, and a water bottle
