FALL/WINTER SESSION PRACTICE SCHEDULE: (Registration Opens August 14)

Fall Season

  • September 17-December 2

Winter Season:

  • December 3-February 24

Novice:                                       Sunday                         3:00-4:00PM​

                                                    Monday/Wednesday    5:00-6:00PM

                                                    Friday                          4:00-5:00PM


 Age Group:                              Sunday                          4:00-5:30PM

                                                   Monday-Thursday          5:30-7:00PM​


 Senior:                                     Sunday                          4:00-5:30PM

                                                  Monday/Wednesday      4:00-6:00PM

                                                 Tuesday/Thursday/Friday      4:00-5:30PM


 

WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE:

 

  • Water Bottle with swimmer's name on it. It gets hot on the pool deck and you don't notice that you're sweating when you're in water. Stay hydrated!!!!
  • A GREAT attitude :) 
  • Practice suit(s). It is suggested that you have at least 2 practice suits that are not the team competition suit
  • Swim Cap
  • Two pairs of goggles
  • For dry-land you must be prepared to work out outdoors or indoors. This includes tennis shoes, active wear, and a water bottle
