Spring Session Practice Schedule: April 16th - May 31st


Novice Swimmers:   Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Age Group I & II Swimmers:   Monday - Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Senior I & II Swimmers:   Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm


SUMMER SESSION PRACTICE SCHEDULE:  June 18th - August 11th   

Novice:         Mon -Thu 8:00-9:00am

                     Tue/Thu 5:30-6:30pm 


 Age Group:   Mon -Thu  9:00-10:30am  (Dryland: 9:00-9:30am on Tue/Thu)

            Tue/Thu 6:30-8pm


 Senior:          Mon - Fri  7:30-9:30am  (Dryland: 9:00-9:30am on Mon/Wed)

            Tue/Thu 6:30-8pm 

 

WHAT TO BRING TO PRACTICE:

  • Water Bottle with swimmer's name on it. It gets hot on the pool deck and you don't notice that you're sweating when you're in water. Stay hydrated!!!!
  • A GREAT attitude :) 
  • Practice suit(s). It is suggested that you have at least 2 practice suits that are not the team competition suit
  • Swim Cap
  • Two pairs of goggles
  • For dry-land you must be prepared to work out outdoors or indoors. This includes tennis shoes, active wear, and a water bottle
