Season Length

The season lasts from early September through the end of July and is split into two parts.  The Short Course Season (25 yard competition) runs from September through the end of March.  The Long Course Season (50 meter competition) runs from after our April break through the end of July.   There will be a 1 - 2 week break sometime in April.  The actual dates of the break, competition dates, and other significant dates will be posted on the web site calendar.

Practice Attendance

We offer between 3 - 6 practices per week, depending on which group you are assigned to.  Success in the sport of swimming is dependent upon a commitment to training and the opportunities to race.   Practice attendance will be used to determine promotion to higher groups, relay participation, and other incentive-based initiatives.
