Monday and Thursday: Philosofit 4:15pm-5:15pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 am-6:30
*This is in addition to senior practice. There will be an additional fee for this group.
Seniors 13 & over:
Monday/Wednesday:5:15 –5:30 Active dryland warm up-sneakers needed
Tuesday:5:00 –5:30 Active dryland warm up-sneakers needed
Thursday:5:00 –5:15 Active dryland warm up-sneakers needed
5:15-5:30 Team meeting
Friday: 5:00-6:00 Technique
Saturday: 10:00 am-12:00 Pool
Suit, Cap, Goggles, Swim Bag with snorkel, fins, paddles (13 & up), sneakers to be worn in the pool, and gym clothes.
Juniors 10 (approved by Coach Tom), 11 & 12:
Monday – Thursday: 5:30-6:00 Active dry land warm up-sneakers needed
Saturday: 10:00 am-12:00 Swim Training
Suit, Cap, Goggles, Swim Bag with snorkel, fins, sneakers to be worn in the pool, and gym clothes.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 3:30 – 5:00
Suit, Cap, Goggles, Fins and gym clothes.

Spring Practice Schedule
Seniors/Juniors: 11 and over, 10 & unders with Coach Tom's approval
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:30-7:30 pool
Saturday: 10-12:00 pool
Dryland: Philosofit 4:15pm-5:15pm
Sophomores/Freshman: 8 & unders, 9-10
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 3:30-5:00 pool
Summer Swim Schedule:
M/T/W/Fr: Pool Practice 7:30am-9
Th: Beach run at Indian Wells 7:30am-8:30am (Please note the day change)
Fees are available at the front desk of the YMCA East Hampton RECenter.
*The make up of each group will be decided after the first week and a half of practice. Who practices in each group will be dependent on many factors including but not limited to age, maturity level and ability. Decisions about group assignments will be made by the coaching staff.
