For those who know me, I am always looking for fast water, good people and easy pool access. I have found all it all here with Dolphins.
- I'm so grateful for the Hudson Valley Dolphins Masters program ... Kudos to them for accepting several of us who needed to learn/relearn how to swim
Thanks for running such a great program!!! I can’t tell you how much this has meant to me. It’s like a mental high. I don’t know how else to describe it I did a Tri last weekend. ½ mile Swim, not fast, but it was like therapy! Really comfortable. All your efforts this past year have meant a lot to me physically and mentally. Thank you again for all that you have done.
