How Do I Check My Account Balance?


1.  Invoices are automatically generated on the 1st day of each month.  To check your account balance, log in to your account using your username and password.  

2.  Click on "MY ACCOUNT" on the left side of the website home page.  

3.  Then click on "$ MY INVOICE/PAYMENT" which will direct you to the invoice page.  Choose to review the current invoice, billing history or upcoming charge.  

4.  Please note, if your swimmer has participated in a meet or meets in a particular month, those meet fees will be added to your account along with the monthly dues.  All items on your invoice are itemized.  If you wish to know in advance what the upcoming balance will be on the 1st, get into the habit of checking your account before the 1st.  

5.  If your swimmer is moved to another group that results in a different billing rate, then you will be notified of said change and fees before the billing cycle.
