Practice Schedule

Sunkist swims year-round, taking one week off in the spring after
short course state championships and one to two weeks off at the end
of summer after long course state championships.  As a swimmer progresses
in the sport, these "off weeks" are typically the best times to schedule a vacation.

Seniors & JR1 groups train "doubles" during Christmas holidays and during summer months.

Training trips and camps are occasionally scheduled for top swimmers to OTC
and other travel destinations as planned by coaching staff.
