Future Champions Group

Mon/Tues/Thurs 6:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Juniors Group

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm

Junior Elite Group

Mon/Wed/Fri 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Tues/Thurs 4:14 pm - 6:30 pm (includes dry land training)

*additional Saturday practices will be added throughout the season.

Senior Group

Mon/Wed/Fri 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Tues/Thurs 4:15 pm - 6:30 pm (includes weight training)

Tues/Thurs 5:15 am - 6:45 am (starting in October)

Sat 8:00 am - 10:30 am (includes weight training)

Senior Elite Group 

Mon/Wed/Fri 4:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Tues/Thurs 4:15 pm - 6:30 pm (includes wight training)

Mon/Wed/Fri 9:15 am -11:00 am, Tue/Thu 8:30 am - 11:00 am

Dryland training at 8:30 am on Tue and Thu

Senior and Senior Elite Groups
Mon/Wed/Fri 7:15 am - 9:15 am, Tue/Thu 7:15 am - 10:00 am, and Sat 8:15 am - 10:00 am
Weight training on Tue & Thu at 9:30 am

Senior Elite Group 

Mon-Fri 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm followed by weight training 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm, and Saturday 8:00 – 10:30 am including weight training
