Registration and Billing Policy


General Policies

Withdrawal: Please speak with your coach if you wish to withdraw from the program and email the Team Administrator, Kristyn Evans ( All withdrawals must be received by the 21st of the month to Kristyn Evans ( or you will be charged for the following month.

Reinstatement fee: If you choose to suspend your account, then there will be a $50 reinstatement fee to return given there is space in the group.

Leave of Absence (LOA): By requesting a LOA, you are reserving your child's position on the team and intend to return at a later date. All LOAs must go through the Team Administrator ( A swimmer may be absent for up to 2 months on LOA, and the monthly rate is reduced by 45% during this time. This guarantees your spot on the team.

Refunds: There are no refunds. We will credit your online account if your swimmer has a broken limb or an extended illness like mono. Vacations and minor illnesses are not credited.

Credits: Any remaining credits on your NCA account are transferrable to immediate family members only. If you would like to contribute remaining credits to the NCA Scholarship fund, then email Team Owner Jeff Pease ( for consideration.

Billing clarification:  If you are in the water more than 2 weeks you will be billed for the month.  If you are in the water up to 2 weeks we can prorate you for 1/2 of a month.

Make up sessions: There are no specific make up sessions unless set by a coach.

End of Season Break: NCA takes a 2 week break for all 5-6 day programs at the end of the Long Course season in August. Fees during this break are required to maintain your spot on the team. Note: NCA takes very minimal time off during the year.

Billing: All accounts with a credit card or ACH online will be charged on the first of the month. If you have an issue with that and need an alternate plan, then please contact the general manager. All accounts should be set up for electronic payment. If you cannot do that you need to contact the Team Administrator,( All accounts need to stay current. If you are 30 days delinquent and have not contacted the Team Administrator, Kristyn (, then your swimmer will not be allowed to swim. Billing summaries are sent out by the 22nd of each month. Please look over your summaries and let our Team Admin Kristyn Evans know if there are any errors.

Annual NCA Registration fee: This fee is non refundable.  It is reduced by 50%  March 1-June 30.  No fee will be charged in July, Aug and Sept.  If your swimmer is eligible for the free/reduced lunch program at school and you have the proper paperwork this NCA registration fee is discounted by 50%.  You must let the general manager know and supply the proper paperwork.

Your registration and payment has been successfully processed! Thank you. A receipt of the charges has been emailed to ==EMAIL==. If you are registering as a new Member, after your registration is approved by our team, you will receive a separately emailed Sign In instructions granting you access to your private online Account.
