Each set serves a purpose. Ask yourself what is. What value is being added? How is it helping YOUR stroke? For more advanced swimmers, what is it doing for your conditioning and race strategy? The first step is admitting you don't know what you don't know!
ABILITY TO FOCUS
Actively participate in workouts. Minimal amount of time spent on wall and sitting out sets. Come prepared. Each lap counts! One stroke at a time.
MINIMUM TIME MICROMANAGING
Team rules and practice expectations are well known and adhered to by all swimmers.
