This program is designed to keep swimmers in the water during the break between the Fall and Spring Seasons. It also allows swimmers who do not want to participate in long course a chance to stay in fit. Emphasis is on lap drills and improving stroke technique. Training program offers 2 sessions: March/April and May/June.
Tryouts are required for anyone not currently a BYB team member.

This program is designed to bridge the gap between the high school season and BYB tryouts or Spring season. Emphasis is on conditioning and stroke technique.
The program follows the Spring One Y program timeline.
