EDGE Swim Club Training Equipment
The EDGE Swim Club utilizes a revolutionary training methodology that combines the core elements of traditional training with a carefully calculated race pace and interval based training. All of the training at the EDGE is done with the philosophy that technique is the foundation for performance. The use of training equipment can aid both novice and elite level swimmers, and all in-between, in the improvement of both understanding and feeling of improved biomechanics. Training equipment is often used during warm-ups, drills, and kick sets. Training equipment is not limited to those uses.
