-Geared towards swimmers ages 10-13

-Emphasis on developing more advanced stroke technique and conditioning


-Training sessions include both dryland and water workouts


-Swimmers are expected to practice 5-6 times per week and compete regularly in USA meets


-Goals are to qualify for New England Championships     

-To achieve the rewards of personal growth and satisfaction through hard work and training 

-To further develop and utilize individual and team goals
