Coaches-Steven

-Geared towards swimmers ages 10-16

-Emphasis on developing more advanced stroke technique and conditioning


-Training sessions include both dryland and water workouts


-Swimmers are expected to practice 4-5 times per week and compete regularly in USA meets


-Goals are to qualify for New England Championships     

-To achieve the rewards of personal growth and satisfaction through hard work and training 

-To further develop and utilize individual and team goals   

-TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND BE A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL
