-Geared towards swimmers 13-19

-Emphasis on preparing for highest levels of competitive swimming


-Training sessions include high performance dryland and rigorous water workouts


-Swimmers are expected to practice 5-6 times per week, compete in regular USA meets and travel competitions


-Goals are to qualify for National level meets

-To develop competitive swimming as a sport to be continued through college and beyond   

-To achieve the rewards of personal growth and satisfaction through hard work and training
