Coaching Staff


Co-Head Coach/Owner:  Meghan Feran joined SOLO Aquatics in April of 2014 and took over as owner the summer of 2015.  As a swimmer, Meghan competed four years for Haverhill High School as well as New Wave Swim Club. She went on to swim for Springfield College and graduated with a BA in Graphic Design. As well as coaching/owning SOLO, she works as a Graphic Designer for Polartec in Lawrence. 

Prior to coaching for Solo Aquatics, Meghan coached for Swim MAC Carolina and New Wave Swim Club. While in Charlotte, Meghan worked with athletes of all ages and abilities from learn-to-swim to National Team members. She was also one of the two coaches that established SwimMAC's Open Water Program. At NWSC, Meghan worked specifically with middle school age elite athletes. During this time many of her athletes became some of the top ranked swimmers in New England, including setting multiple NE Records. Meghan's swimming philosophy of hard work and focusing on technique has helped aid in the success of many swimmers. She will be working primarily with the Senior/Senior Elite swimmers and High School swimmers.


Co-Head Coach:  Paul Mueller joined the coaching staff in the fall of 2007. He took over as Co-Head Coach in the summer of 2015. As a swimmer, Paul swam for Central Catholic High School for four years, as well as the New England Barracudas.  After high school, Paul attended Boston College where he graduated with a dual degree in History and Secondary Education, and competed on the nationally ranked BC Rugby Football Club.  Paul spent many years working as a history teacher in Lawrence. He is currently teaching History for Saint John's Prep. 

In addition to coaching with Solo Aquatics, Paul has over 10 years of experience coaching for the Bradford Swim Club, where he was the Executive Director from 2009-2011. He has coached athletes of all abilitites from Introductory to New England Champions and Nationally Ranked Swimmers. In 2015, Paul was one of the runner ups for "New England Age Group Coach of the Year".  He will be working primarily with the Junior swimmers, as well as spending time with Age Group, Senior and Senior Elite.


Head Age Group Coach:  Harrison Hollingsworth joined the coaching staff in the fall of 2015. Harrison grew up swimming for the Exeter Swim Team and went on to swim for Keene State. He comes to SOLO after spending a few years coaching for EST. Working as a certified Strength and Conditioning coach, he will be helping establish and build a strong conditioning program within our Senior Program. Harrison will be overseeing our Age Group Program and working primarily with Age Group 2, as well as spending time with Senior, Senior Elite and High School.
