Beginner/Intermediate Water Exercise Class 8:30am - 9:15am
A water exercise class geared to the beginner to intermediate participant. This
class incorporates a combination of strength building and cardio exercises using
barbells. All muscle groups will be targeted and cardio exercises are flexible enough
to accommodate beginner to intermediate fitness levels.
Strength and Balance Dryland Class 9:30am - 10:00am
A land-based exercise class focusing on strength, posture and and balance.
Exercises will work on all muscle groups head-to-toe.
Low Impact Water Exercise Class 10:15am - 11:00am
A water exercise class geared toward improving joint health. Slow paced stretching exercises will ensure all joints will be addressed. Complements 9:30 to 10:00 Dryland Class.
