Berkeley Yoga Program for Age Group Swimmers
Berkeley’s yoga and mindfulness program is designed to complement the physical and mental training for competitive swimmers enhancing strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga for age-group swimmers is offered as an add-on training option. Enrollment will be limited and we will need a minimum of 10 swimmers to run each yoga session.
