Berkeley Aquatic Club is proud to announce its 2020 High Performance Summer Swim Camps. Our goal with offering these camps is simple, to give athletes a competitive edge. Our camp is staffed with knowledgeable coaches who will guide swimmers each day through the key areas of growth within their swimming. This includes, film and film review, strength training, stroke mechanics and yoga. Swimmers will receive a flash drive of their filming. At the end of the camp, swimmers will leave filled with knowledge of their own swimming and the tools necessary to propel them to the next level.
