When swimmers reach the White B Group there will be a more strict attendance policy than the Black A. Swimmer must commit to training 4 days a week for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes a day. Installing the "independent swimmer" within each swimmer. Each swimmer in this group is taught self discipline, self motivation and self respect. White B coaches will have individual goal setting meetings with each one of their swimmers. Swimmers are expected to make a White A group practice if they are going to miss a White B scheduled practice.
*Each training group has specific attendance requirements appropriate for the objectives of that group. As a general rule, the least possible interruption in the training schedule will produce the greatest amount of success.
*Plan to stay the entire practice. The last part of practice is very often the most important. Usually, there are also announcements made at the end of each practice.
