Bronze

The Bronze group is our developmental group for swimmers still needing to develop their stroke or build endurance to move on to our Silver group. Swimmers in this group should have the ability to complete 100 yards of freestyle and backstroke continuously. Coaches will work on all four strokes to develop proper body position and fundamentals. Strokes are broken down into multiple drills and an emphasis is placed on technique over volume. Endurance and strength is built slowly through repetition over time. Starts and turns are introduced at this level. Mini meets and other USA meets are optional but recommended for swimmers. Check the "Meets/Events" tab for swim meets.
