Training Schedule


While this page reflects our normal schedule, always check the front page for any updates and changes. Short-term changes to swim practice due to facility closures are usually e-mailed to registered swimmers and posted on our Facebook page. 

All practices are currently held at the GCCC pool


Aug 17th, 2020 - Our normal training schedule has been altered because of Covid-19. 

All groups currently practice from 6:30-7:30pm. Please make sure you arrive at practice at least ten minutes early for your Covid-19 related health screening.

Swimmers practice days will depend on their assigned Coach assigned group, as follows:

  • Monday - Black and Red Groups

  • Tuesday - Black and Red Groups

  • Wednesday - Black and White Groups

  • Thursday - Black, White and Junior Groups

  • Friday - Black and Red Groups

-Adult swim lessons  - suitable for any level from new swimmer to triathletes

Junior Swim League:

Tuesday/Thursday:  4:00-5:00 PM



Tuesday/Thursday: 4:00-5:00 PM  and/or Monday/Friday 4:30-6:00 PM

(may choose up to 4 days per week)



Monday-Friday:  4:30-6:30 PM

(May choose up to 4 days)



Monday-Friday:  4:30-6:30 PM

*Saturday mornings: 9:30-11:30 AM


Black +:

Monday-Friday:  4:30-6:30 PM

*Saturday mornings: 9:30-11:30 AM

Tuesday/Thurs morning: 6:00-7:30 AM



Tuesday/Thursday:  6:00-7:30 AM

*Saturday: 10:00-12:00 AM (winter) and

                 09:30-11:30 AM (summer)

* The bonus Saturday mornings practices are usually available during weekends that there is no swim meet.
