NOTE: All group placements are at the coaches’ discretion. This document can change at any time to allow the coaches the opportunity to strengthen the swimmers individually and the team as a whole.

Senior Racers 15+

"A" times working towards Sectionals **Coaches recommendation

 5 afternoons, Saturday morning - 6 total/week 90% or better-may not miss more then 4 practices a month ALL Designed for committed, hard-working, elite-level swimmers; must maintain a positive attitude and be 100% committed to team goals
Racers 13+ 13-14 "A" Times - working towards TAGS times 5 afternoons, Saturday morning - 6 total/week All afternoons and Saturday-85%-may not miss more then 4 practices a month All Must demonstrate a strong desire to improve and put the team's needs first; must take interval times set by coach; must have a positive attitude and be a team leader
Racers 2 13-14 13-14 "BB" Times - working towards A Times 5 afternoons, Saturday morning - 6 total/week All afternoons and Saturday-85%-may not miss more then 4 practices a month All Must demonstrate a strong desire to improve and put the team's needs first; must take interval times set by coach; must have a positive attitude and be a team leader
High School Development 15+ "B" times working towards "BB/A" Times 5 afternoons, Saturday morning - 6 total/week

Most Have a desire to improve, Have the ability to follow coaching instructions and maintain intervals; must be legal in all 4 strokes and streamline off every wall
Red 6-10 Working towards 10-U "B" times - Working on 4 legal strokes 4 afternoons, Saturday morning - 5 total/week

Most Be able to swim 3 strokes legally. Must develop ability to understand intervals
White 7-10 Introduction to competitive swimming 4 afternoons, Saturday morning - 5 total/week As much as possible to increase progress Some Have the ability to swim 3 strokes-not necessarily legally
Minnows 5-8 NONE - pre-competitive 4 afternoons, Saturday morning - 5 total/week

Some Be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and 25 yards backstroke without stopping
