This group is for 11-12 age group swimmers. This group focuses heavily on good stroke technique in all four of the strokes. Once technique is established, swimmers will begin to identify with and establish different types of training, such as distance based and sprint training. Dryland exercises will consist of advanced stretching, body weight exercises and medicine balls.
Equipment needed: kickboard, pull buoy, paddles, snorkel, nose clip, and fins
Practice Requirement: 50% of practices attended for meet participation. 4 + per week suggested.
