2018 Summer Schedule is listed below: Ends August 31,2018

Practices will focus on stroke development, improving stroke technique, and building endurance. Depending on the skill group, 'Dry-land' training can include, but is not limited to, stretching exercises, strengthening exercises using large rubber bands, balance exercises using large balls, cardiovascular training such as running, and weight room work outs.

In addition to the practice sessions mentioned above, one optional 30-minute stroke clinic is offered each week.

The team offers pre-season conditioning/training programs for summer swimmers beginning in May and high school swimmers beginning in September.

Team practices will be held at the Kettering Recreation Complex main pool

Evening Practices at the Kettering Rec starting May 29: 

Gold- Monday through Thursday both dryland 7:30pm-8:30pm and water 8:30pm-10pm

Silver- Monday through Thursday both dryland 7:30pm-8:30pm and water 8:30pm-9:30pm

Bronze- Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm, Monday and Wednesday 8:30pm-9:30pm

AM Practices will be held at Oak Creek Swim Club in Kettering,.starting June 4 

Gold- 6:00-8:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Silver 6:30-8:00 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

2017-2018 Fall Schedule is listed below: Starts Sept 17, 2017

Depending on the skill group, 'Dry-land' training can include, but is not limited to, stretching exercises, strengthening exercises using large rubber bands, balance exercises using large balls, cardiovascular training such as running, and weight room work outs (Gold Group and must have pass from Rec Ctr or if going to Frequency Fitness it is $3 per visit).
