Swim Team 2017-18 Practice Schedule
Workout days and times:
M, T, W, TH, F 4:30-6:30 P.M.
Dryland Workout M, T, W, TH from 3:45-4:30 P.M. or 6:30-7:15 P.M. Dryland is optional for Level 5 but encouraged.
Level 5 practices in the Wendel Pool
Dates subject to change due to "unforeseen circumstances."
This group is for swimmers who aspire to become National Y or collegiate swimmers. The refinement of stroke technique, starts and turns are important to this level. The focus of this group is to take regimen as well as the desire to stay focused on their goals. A dryland program is offered for this team and strongly suggested. At least 4 practices per week are strongly recommended for this level.
