Fall Stroke Clinic 2017 (September 5 - September 28)
Clinic Times: All new 10 and Under swimmers and all of last year’s Gold and Blue 1 swimmers should arrive at 5:45 P.M. to stretch. They will swim from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Some of the 5 and 6 year-old swimmers might get out a few minutes early depending on how tired they are. An hour can be long for 5 and 6 year-olds.
All new 11 and Over swimmers and all of last year’s Blue 2, Red 1 and Red 2 swimmers should arrive at 6:15 P.M. to stretch. They will swim from 6:30 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
What to Bring: If possible, girls should wear only a one-piece swim suit. (No bikinis) Girls with long hair should make sure their hair is pulled back. Caps are highly recommended. All swimmers should have goggles. Last year’s swimmers can bring their fins if they would like. Swimmers in the 6:15PM stretch, swim 6:30PM - 8:00PM group should also bring a water bottle. Of course a towel should be brought for after swimmers get out of the pool. There are showers in the locker rooms for anyone who wants their swimmer to shower before going home.
What to Expect: We will concentrate on a different stroke each week. The strokes by week are as follows:
Week #1: Freestyle
Week #2: Backstroke
Week #3: Breaststroke
Week #4: Butterfly

Cost of the Clinic:
$100.00 for the entire clinic (15 practices available)
$50.00 for the 4-day pass (Your swimmers comes to any 4 practices throughout the 4 weeks.)
Evaluations for the short course season will be conducted during the clinic or at scheduled times at the end of September.
