*Swimmers reaching the National level, will be charged an additional $75.00 to cover additional practice time and coaches expenses.


**The Program Fee is a one-time fee that can be broken down into payments that can be made by the 1st of each month throughout the season beginning with October 1st through February 1st as shown in the chart below.  This Program Fee is the amount due no matter when you start the MCY Swim Team, it is broken into payments if you want to pay in pieces.

**The Pre-paid meet entry account is an escrow account that is held at the Y in your name under your account that must be in the positive to attend meets.   It may be broken down into payments, as needed throughout the season, or you may pay by each meet your swimmer attends, add up the fees and pay as you go.

  • A Cost Report is sent by Coach Pam to all swimmers attending an Invitational meet so you may keep track of costs through the season.  
  • This Cost Report can also be found on our website under the meet name.  When attending an Invitational, every event your swimmer enters is an additional charge, usually $3.50 - $4.50 per individual event AND relay so please keep this in mind when entering meets throughout the season.  
  • There are also meets throughout the season that charge a swimmer surcharge to help pay for the costs incurred in swimming a meet at that facility.
  • If you are charged in the Cost Reports for being a part of a relay and you do not attend the meet due to illness or other reason...every effort will be made to fill that spot by another swimmer, but if no replacement can be found you may owe for the entire relay.
  • If you are charged in the Cost Reports for individual events, you are responsible for these costs even if you do not attend the meet as we send the check before the meet is held.


The Booster Club fee is paid directly to the Booster organization account for the Marlins.   The Booster board pays for equipment for the team, social activities, ribbons and supplies for meets, as well as running the concessions for home meets.  This fee must be paid in full by November 1st, 2017.


Fees may be paid at either branch, in full or in monthly payments as mentioned above, please keep your receipts in case of any questions.   


Payment arrangements can be made for families with multiple swimmers or other circumstances.  Arrangements must be made prior to the start of the season or prior to the 1st of the month if circumstances change during the season.  Please contacts Leia Lander to make arrangements at 937-440-9622 or
