Our senior squad is for older swimmers who want to excel at the high school, regional, or national level. These swimmers are committed to training, proper technique, and dedicated to attaining goals. Practices are available 5 days a week. Seniors are also offered 3 weight training practices a week.
Swim- Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ Gresham Highschool 5:00-6:45PM
Swim- Tuesday, Thursday @ Centennial Highschool 5:30-7:00PM
Weight Training- Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ Gresham Highschool 4:30-5:00
