Hip Hop Fitness - Hip Hop Fitness is a group fitness format that translates various calisthenic exercises into hip hop dance moves. It is a great way for people of all ages to get and stay fit while enjoying themselves by doing hip hop moves they never thought possible. All classes are led by trained instructors who are taught to motivate and encourage while teaching intermediate to difficult hip hop moves.

Paddleboard Yoga or SUP Yoga - SUP is a great workout that includes working on core balance and yoga posture while in the pool. Jen will coach you in a fantastic yoga routine as you stretch your muscles while balancing on the board! This isn’t your average yoga workout. Be prepared to get wet! Wear your suit or other comfortable clothes that you can wear while in the pool!

Mermaid Fitness - This is a fitness class like you have never experienced before! Classes will be a blend of pilates, yoga and HIIT. Each 1 hour class will include both land and water excerises with free swim as a mermaid at the closing of each class. Tails can be purchased ahead of time or rented the day of. Come enjoy what life like a mermaid is like!!

Mermaid Swim - Mermaid Swim is a learn to swim like a mermaid class. 
With this class students will learn to swim and glide through the water like a mermaid! We will also show how to put on and take of the tail as well as at home tail care. When a student has become proficient in the skills they will earn a mermaid certificate. This will allow them to swim in a mermaid tail during open swim.
Pre-Requisites:
Mermaids must be able to float on front and back for 30 seconds.
Roll from front to back and back to front
Tread water for at least one minute
Swim 25 yards 
Be able to perform the dolphin kick.
