  • Tuesday: 5:00-6:30pm @ Crestview 50m OR "Get Your Best Yard Times" Meet    
  • Wednesday: 4:30-6:15pm @ Lafayette 
  • Thursday: 10:45am-12:30pm @ Crestview 50m  
  • Friday: 11:00am-12:30pm @ Crestview 50m 
  • ​Saturday: 11:00am-12:30pm @ Crestview 50m          
  • Monday (7/23): TBD (Lafayette Pool Closed)

Things to Bring to Practice

  • Fins/Flippers
  • Shoes and Socks 
  • Water Bottle 
  • Finis Palm Positive/Agility paddles 
  • Snorkel (with nose clips) 
  • Goggles
  • Kick Board 
  • Pull Bouy 


Swimmers Should be Prepared for Practice by

  • Staying hydrated (drinking water) throughout the day 
  • Stretching ALL major muscle groups 
  • Going to the bathroom BEFORE practice
  • Eat bananas and drink orange juice to prevent cramping
