Intro to Heat Sheet Ad Sales:
A Heat Sheet is the program for a swim meet, which is sold to the swimmers and spectators. It lists all participants in order of Event, Heat and Lane.
The hosting team traditionally assembles the Heat Sheet. Ads are included in the Heat Sheet as a way to generate funds for the hosting team.
Proceeds support team development and community outreach including, collaborative equipment sharing/donation with Portland Parks and Recreation and the Portland Interscholastic League, swimmer scholarships and financial support for families in need, ongoing coach and family education, and the augmentation of general operating funds.
Heat sheets and fundraising obligations:
Every family is encouraged to obtain ads to be placed in our FALL-IN Heat Sheet. If your family obtains an ad, the cost of the ad is deducted from your overall fundraising obligation for the year.
Do you or your family own a business? Advertise with PAC! You will benefit by advertising your business, meet part of your fundraising goal for the year and the ad may be tax deductible (PAC is a non-profit 501.C3).
All Ads will be included in the Heat Sheet for FALL-IN, which is PAC’s premier hosted event, happening November 3-5, 2017 at Dishman Community Center.
300+ swimmers will participate in this meet. Including swimmers, parents and family members, officials and volunteers Heat Sheet ads reach over 1000 potential customers during one weekend.

How to sell an ad:
When approaching family, friends or a business with the request for the purchase of a Heat Sheet ad please provide them with the Heat Sheet Ad Sales Form.

Please make sure to sign your name as PAC representative on the Heat Sheet Ad Sales Form to ensure that you receive credit for the solicitation.
As PAC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) the ad may be tax deductible. An advertising receipt is available on the order form. Please advise customers to retain for their records and to consult their tax expert.

• For final ads, preferred format is high-resolution PDF file. Images within should be high-resolution (225-300 dpi at actual size image usage).
• All Heat Sheet ads will print black and white.
• Wall-Hanging Logo Banners will print in full color. Please send artwork as high-resolution or vector PDF.
• For final ads, DO NOT send JPEG, PNG or GIF files, or Microsoft Word, Publisher or PowerPoint files as they may not print well. If you have created your ad in Word or Publisher, please save file as PDF before sending.

Ads will not be published until payment and the Heat Sheet Ad Sales Form are received.
