All practices held at the Livermore Valley Tennis Club
Pre Comp: Mon-Thurs 5:30-6:00pm
Novice 1: Mon-Thurs, 6:00-6:45pm
Novice 2: Mon-Thurs, 5:30-6:30pm
Junior 1: Mon-Fri, 5:30*-7:00pm
*Dryland begins at 5:30pm
Junior 2: Mon-Thurs, 5:30*-7:15pm. Fridays 5:30*-7:00
Saturdays, 7:00am – 8:30am
*Dryland begins at 5:30pm
Pre-Senior: Mon 3:30*-5:15pm.
Tues-Fri 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Saturdays: 7-8:30 or 8:30-11 (Based on age and ability level. Coach will communicate with each child about the appropriate Sat AM group)
*Dryland begins at 3:30pm
High School Pre Senior: Same as Pre-Senior with addition of Tues/Thurs morning practice 5:15-7am
Senior: Mon-Fri 3:30*-5:45pm
Tues, Thurs 5:15-7:00am.
Mon, 5-7am (This practice allows one miss per quarter)
Saturdays, 8:30am – 11:00am

Junior Varsity: Mon-Thurs, 7:15-8:15pm.

Varsity: Mon-Thurs, 6:45-8:15pm.

Yoga/Pilates Schedule for LAC:
Senior: Yoga - Mondays 6:00pm-6:30pm. Pilates- Tuesdays 6:00pm-6:30pm.
Weights – Wednesdays 6:00pm – 6:20pm
Pre Senior: Yoga- Mondays 5:30pm-6:00pm. Pilates- Tuesdays 5:45pm-6:00pm.
