LAC 2017-2018 Schedule Starting September 5th

All practices held at the Livermore Valley Tennis Club

Pre Comp: Mon-Thurs 5:30-6:00pm

Novice 1:  Mon-Thurs, 6:00-6:45pm

Novice 2:  Mon-Thurs, 5:30-6:30pm

Junior 1:   Mon-Thurs, 5:30-7:00pm. Fridays, 3:45-5:00pm

Junior 2:   Mon-Thurs, 5:30-7:15pm. Fridays 3:45-5:15pm.  

  Saturdays, 7:00am – 8:30am

Pre-Senior:  Mon, Tues, Fri, 3:45-5:30pm.

                     Wed, Thurs 3:45pm – 5:45pm

Saturdays: 8:30am – 11:00am*.

Senior:  Tues, Wed, Fri 3:45pm – 5:45pm

      Mon, Thurs 3:45-6:00pm. Tues, Thurs, Fri 5:15-7:00am.

                Saturdays, 8:30am – 11:00am

Junior Varsity: Mon-Thurs, 7:15-8:15pm.

                          Saturdays, 7:00am-8:30am

Varsity 2: Mon-Thurs, 6:45-8:15pm.

Saturdays, 7:00am-8:30am

 

Yoga/Pilates Schedule:

Senior: Pilates- Tuesdays 6:00pm-6:30pm. Yoga- Wednesdays 6:00pm-6:30pm

Pre Senior: Yoga- Mondays 5:30pm-6:00pm. Pilates- Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:00pm.

 

*Coach Lisa will communicate with you if your swimmer should attend the earlier Saturday morning practice time.
