MONDAY - 5:45-6:15 pm we use Apex and Prime (+) swimmers to help teach teaching PC 2

WEDNESDAY - 5:45-6:15 pm (Emerson runs Yoga)
THURSDAY - 4:15-4:50 pm (Patrick)
FRIDAY - 5:45-6:15 pm (Emerson runs Pilates)
