Pre JO

Pre - Junior Olympic (JO) Team

The Pre JO program is designed to prepare divers to compete and be sucessful at the JO level. These divers are highly motivated, have excellent training habits, respond well to coaching corrections, have regular attendance, and deal well with fear. 

These athletes are working towards mastering the following areas of focus to prepare themselves to be competitive at the JO level: Body Alignment, Flexibility, Strength and Speed, Front Approach, Back Press, Proper Shapes and Positions, Proper Connections, Correct Sequence of Come Outs, and Line Up and Entries. Divers in this program train 3 days per week and attend Local and Regional meets (must be approved by the head coach to compete in Regions, and any other meets they may qualify for).

This program is by coach’s invitation only, and is coached by Logan Champion and Karla Helder. 

Pre JO 1

Practice times:

Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
- 4:00-6:00 pm - - 4:00-6:00 pm*  12:00 - 2:00 pm       -    

* at Dryland center

Required Team Apparel: Warm Ups, Swimsuit and T-Shirt

Fees: $325 per month + Travel fee

 

Pre JO 2

Practice times:

Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
- - 6:00 - 8:00 pm - 6:00-8:00 pm*  12:00 - 2:00 pm       -    

* at Dryland center

Required Team Apparel: Warm Ups, Swimsuit and T-Shirt

Fees:  $300 per month + Travel fee

 

Pre JO 3
