Practice Schedules

Group Description

The Fitness group is designed to serve swimmers 11-14 who are only looking to swim 2-3 times per week.  Emphasis will be swimmers who enjoy swimming, improving technique, and the aerobic benefits of working out but may have other activates that prevent a bigger commitment.   

Group Goals:

·       Read a clock during practice sets

·       Continue building strokes kick/body position centric

·       Compete in meets if desired

Practices offered: 3 per week
