Water aerobics classes are a great way to exercise, meet new friends, and change up your regular routine. Whether you are looking for a hard-core workout or simply to get your blood flowing and loosen up your muscles, we have a class for you!

Our dedicated aquatic fitness staff teaches to every experience level. And, our slate of Aqua Fitness programs covers a wide range of skills and needs, with paces and class formats that vary depending on the program you select.

No matter what your fitness goals are, we have a program to help you meet those goals. And, if you don’t find the class you're looking for, let us know and we can talk with you about adding it to our schedule.

Our Spring 2019 program will follow an 3-week session schedule, with some exceptions for holidays, events, and seasonal scheduling needs.

Energize Aerobics

Join us for a great late morning break! This medium-to-high intensity aerobics class uses bands, water weights, and noodles for cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise, as well as strength training, toning, and stretching.
