California Capital Aquatics (CCA) initiated the ‘Training Group’ this past winter for those athletes who are either multi-sport or multi-activity but want a structured and positive training group to keep them in water shape between their High School sports seasons! The group may attend up to 3 workouts a week Monday through Friday and will work with the CCA Varsity Group. This is a great way to stay in swimming shape and make some friends over the summer! Workouts will be held in the evening until June 6th, then we switch to our AM summer schedule. The Summer AM training times provide a better learning environment, cooler temps, and gives the swimmer the ability to attend summer classes or pick up a summer job while still getting some pool time! Ages: Swimmers who will be ENTERING High School for the 2018-2019 School year and any current high school aged swimmer or water polo athlete. Swimmers MUST have a training background in aquatics sports (Water Polo/Swimming/Swimming Lessons with knowledge of all 4 strokes)
USA Swimming Registration: $81 (Required for insurance purposes- but is good through all of 2018!)
CCA Registration: NOW $110 and includes training for the rest of MAY! REGISTER BY MAY 30th to Qualify for the deal! (This does not include a CCA Team Suit and is not required for the Training Group)
Monthly Billing beginning in June: $135/per month for June and July

End of Summer Training Meet Option to attend AquaSol Short Course Meet weekend of July 27-29!
August is our “off” month for CCA but we will provide more information of training options if you wish to continue with CCA at that time to help our Water Polo athletes stay in swim shape over that period.
