Team Manager: Tanéa Manning
Hello Swim Family! I am so excited to be a part of your swimmers growth and to help develop the future leaders of the world! Our goal is to bring a new experience to your swimmers’ physical and mental development in and out of the pool.
I have been a community member of Prince George’s County since 1995. I matriculated through Eleanor Roosevelt High School’s business program, which led me to receive my BA in Accounting from Howard University in the summer of 2012. While at Howard University, I participated in and managed several organizations both on and off campus, which helped to strengthen my leadership and communication skills. Since graduation, I’ve obtained 6 years of accounting/finance experience as a bookkeeper/office assistant with Estime Enterprises, while still a full-time student.
Post-graduation, I began an entry-level position at Volunteers of America, Chesapeake (VOAC) and was quickly promoted to Senior Accounts Receivable Manager within the first six months. After a two and a half year term at VOAC, I ventured into government consulting and am currently serving as a Senior Financial Consultant for Global-Insight Solutions, LLC. In addition, I started my own consulting company, TCM Consulting, LLC servicing the DMV area primarily for bookkeeping, financial projecting, and account management services. I am thrilled to support the endeavors of Manta DNA and truly hope to inspire student-athletes to embody a ‘pay it forward’ mentality. Let’s work!
